Before establishing Embark Pace, Sakshi held influential leadership roles, including Associate Director - Talent Acquisition at Iris Software Inc., COO at Xpert Conexions (A Shramik Group Company), and Engagement Manager at ABC Consultants. She has successfully led large-scale hiring mandates, driving business growth by securing top-tier talent. Her strategic acumen and expertise in C-level and confidential leadership searches have earned her a strong reputation in the industry.
